Conscious that many people are not always available during daytime, we try our best to fit in appointments with clients working hours. This often entails evening and weekend appointments. There is no extra charge for this service, as we believe flexibility is essential in today's market.

We also offer a guarantee for our residential customers. An EPC will be produced within 24 hours of gaining access to a property. This will be a big plus point from April 6th 2009, when property will need an EPC prior to being marketed. (See Government website for details).
