Started by DEA, John Denby in August 2007 (the date of EPC implementation) and based 
in Lowestoft, Suffolk, Britain's most easterly town, we have built a reputation for a
friendly, fast and reliable service while at the same time giving excellent value for
money. We are the HIP and/or EPC provider for prominent local solicitors, letting agents
and estate agents, including Norton Peskett, Lucas & Wyllys, Christie & Co, Elizabeth
Holdings, One Estates, Evenbrook Retirement Homes, Linburn Properties & Homes.
We understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and value for money and are constantly
striving to improve our service either by flexible appointments or speed of issuing the
end product. When we decided to introduce the 24 hour guarantee we realised that many
Estate Agents would see the benefit this brings to help secure that all important new
listing. Because of this we are limited in the number of Domestic Energy Assessments
we can do in a day but if we accept the instruction then the EPC WILL be ready within
24 hours of visiting the property.
